What materials will I receive?
You will receive everything you need to run a stand-alone training
session with the minimum of effort on your part to prepare the
material.
For each training pack, you are sent the following materials:
Trainers Notes - A very detailed and concise explanation of
what you should do during the session, complete with the comments
you should make and notes on what to do during activities etc.
This is a very detailed step-by-step way of training.
Complete Handouts - All handouts required for the course
are included and can be made into a stylish workbook.
Course Contents - Details what is included in the course,
so delegates have complete awareness
PowerPoint Slides - All slides necessary to run the course
Activities - All activities contained within the course and
the trainer notes to run them
In what format will I receive the materials?
Training Matter use: Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
You will download these documents in a 'zipped' format. We
compress the files to ensure they download quickly.
Double-click on the downloaded file and the materials will be
extracted to a directory of your choice on your hard drive.
Why do you use Microsoft Word and PowerPoint?
We appreciate that it is sometimes necessary to adapt training
materials to suit individual requirements and so have made the
decision to create our materials in the most universal software
application available. This allows you to tailor our materials to,
for example with your own logos.
How long do I have to download my material ?
The download link will remain available and valid for 7 days from
the day of purchase. You can download the material up to 3 times.
This is to allow for any interruption during the download process.
If you fail to download your materials when purchased (very
rare!), please contact our customer care team on the e-mail
address below and we will resolve your concern as soon as
possible.

What rights for use of the materials do I have?
You have complete rights for use of the materials that you have
purchased from Training Matter. However, you may not; Copy the
whole or any part of the material for sale or re-distribution.

Can you create specific course materials for me?
Potentially, we do produce custom material alternatively we may have
material available but not in the catalogue. Please e-mail admin@training-matter.com
What is the copyright policy?
All rights reserved. No part of the materials sold on this website
and protected by this copyright notice may be reproduced or
utilised in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical,
including photocopying, recording, or by any information storage
and retrieval system, without written permission from the
copyright owner.
The exception to the above copyright is as outlined in the rights
for use of materials information provided above.
